Healing is a central theme throughout the Bible, with numerous accounts of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Jesus performed over 37 recorded healings in the New Testament, demonstrating God’s power and compassion towards those who were suffering. In addition, other figures such as Peter, Paul, and others continued on the path of healing, ministering to those in need.

However, it’s important to note that healing isn’t limited to the New Testament. In fact, there are several accounts of healing in the Old Testament as well. For example, Naaman was healed of his leprosy in 2 Kings 5:1-14, and King Hezekiah was healed of a life-threatening illness in 2 Kings 20:1-11.

Throughout both the Old and New Testaments, God reveals Himself as a God who heals and restores. As believers, we can trust in His power and love to bring healing to every aspect of our lives, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual.

1. You have given the believer faith and authority over illness. “I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you.” Luke 10:19

2. Lord, I declare that Your power is strong enough to heal everything that is broken within me. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Psalm 147:3

3. I declare the Lord has healed me, He has saved me. I give Him the praise. “I give Him the praise. Heal me, LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for You are the One I praise.” Jeremiah 17:14

4. I declare that the power of the Lord has touched me and I am healed. “And the people all tried to touch Him, because power was coming from Him and healing them all.” Luke 6:19

24. I declare my soul is joyful in all the benefits of the Lord. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases.
